Well, I guess I'll have to post two comments on the same entry.  Thanks for everything you said regarding my mom.  Though I know everything you said is true, my decision is not an easy one.  While I want to shield my child, I want to also give him a full life, with a complete family. Everyone seems to have a new opinion to offer me.

I have yet to find a person that doesn't like the name Kai.  Several people have even considered stealing it.  I'm quite fond of it(as maybe you've guessed) and I hope someday he will be too. 

I don't have toothpicks in my house....and so far I've gotten along just fine.  Your father sounds as if he's living his dreams through you.  Not that he might "want the best for you", but maybe he's set standards he once had for himself on you.  He sounds similar to my mother.

 We've been feeling kicks for quite some time now, and they get stronger each day.  It's such an amazing feeling.  I'm treasuring each one.

It's nice to find someone who enjoys nature and all the beauty of the outdoors.  It seems something we overlook often. 

Thanks for your note, and all the rest I haven't thanked you for.  They are always appreciated, whether I get to actually showing my gratitude or not.  I've never considered myself a strong person, personally.  I am just now starting to realize much of what I've always had.  This baby has really helped me in more ways then I can say.

just alway's remember..you can use old-fashion paper, email, instant message, text messaging and a plain old phone call to keep in touch..hope your mom is happy and just think..your gaining a whole new family..

Congrats on not having the surgery.  In this case it sounds best to wait, saving money, time and pain.

I want to thank you for all your kind comments, and appologize for not thanking you for each one.  Your experience in childbirth is helpful, and each comment is taken into consideration and much appreciated.  Right now everything is new and quite confusing for me, making all your advice more valid.

To put a pic in ur diary click on the button that looks like a window...above the emoticon >> and then copy the image url into the "image url" box...the url is the address of the picture you want to post..you can find the url by right clicking on ur picture then go to properties and there you can copy and paste the url...
